PCE rules
Each player will be required to have a USGA handicap.
Scoring will be adjusted appropriately based on each individual players current handicap. Course handicaps will be given at 80% of player’s current handicap.
PCE will enforce local rules for hazards and OBs while keeping pace of play.
Players will putt everything out, no “gimmies”.
A “max score” will be identified to ensure pace of play.
Caddies will keep score on standard scorecards or live scoring app, as available. Both will need to be approved by all players at the conclusion of each round.
